Yes. A large share of our guests are plant and contract workers on assignment in Orange County, including turnaround crews, shutdown work and long-term projects, and our monthly rate is built for that kind of stay. Sites are level concrete pads with full hook-ups, so you're set up for weeks or months, not just an overnight stop.

We're within a short drive of the major sites in the Golden Triangle: Orica Mining Services (4 miles), Chevron Phillips (5.9 miles), Honeywell International (7.1 miles), DuPont Sabine River Works (7.5 miles) and Invista (7.5 miles). We're right off I-10 at 17385 HWY 62S, Orange, TX 77630, which also puts Bridge City, Vidor, Port Arthur and Beaumont within commuting distance.

Every site has a fresh water connection, sewer connection and 50 amp electrical service, on a large, level concrete pad. We have pull-through spots available, and our sites take everything from small trailers to large motorhomes. (Confirm max rig length with the client before publishing.)

Free park-wide WiFi with strong cellular coverage for all major carriers, a 24/7 laundry room with modern washers and dryers, a dump station, a book exchange library, and a mobile food truck with live barbecue on site. The park is pet-friendly with designated pet areas, though we don't accept aggressive breeds. Grounds are well lit, security cameras cover key areas, and on-site management is available around the clock when you need them.
